Return & Replacement Policy

At Cosmibath, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, personal hygiene products, and clearance items are non-returnable.

3. Replacement

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email cosmibath@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds/replacements will be processed once the product is inspected.
